What data do we process and why?

Contact form

Your name, email, optional phone and company details, and project enquiry are processed to assess and answer your request, maintain security and prevent duplicate submissions. Submissions are retained in the secure admin area and notification email for as long as the enquiry and applicable legal retention periods require, then deleted or anonymised.

Security and technical records

The hosting service may process limited technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to keep the site secure and available. To prevent form abuse, a one-way security fingerprint is generated from the IP address; the plain IP address is not stored with the form submission.

Cookies, measurement and external media

Non-essential categories are off on the first visit. Accept, reject and category controls are presented equally. Google, Meta, YouTube and Vimeo may process data abroad under their own terms; these connections are made only after the relevant choice. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time through “Cookie choices” in the footer.

Your rights and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether and how your data is processed, request access or correction, ask for deletion where conditions apply, object to automated outcomes and seek redress for unlawful processing. Contact us with enough information to verify your identity and describe your request.
